Introduction
Dalcheon is an eco-friendly ecological stream. People can rent a bicycle and move to Shincheon and Gangjung Dam along the 2.2km course from Pyeongni Bridge to Geumhogang River Point. At the square, people can enjoy arbors, shrubs, and herbaceous flowers (3,230 types including rose moss). In Dalseocheon Hill, there are trails, bicycle road, eco experience center for water purification, stepping stones, chairs, and sports facilities. Dalseocheon Bicycle Squire is a pleasant waterfront space and it enhances quality of life while activating the use of bicycles.

- Fee : 1,000 won for a bicycle, 2,000 won for a tandem bicycle
- Extra 1,000 won charged every late hour/ 1/2 discount for recipient of basic livelihood and men of national merit.

Introduction
The water pool in Ihyeon Park opened in July 2015 and thousands of people visit the place to enjoy. The water pool expanded water supply facility and shower for user convenience. To prepare for the safety accident of children, 4 instructors in the pool have completed first aid safety education from the Korean Red Cross. The water pool is famous for the urban summer resort and it cools off the lasting hot weather. Every end of July, Family Love Ice Festival is held in the water pool and the families can enjoy and experience the cool summer.

Introduction
Korea Upcycle Center is the compound word of “Upgrade+Recycle’. The upcycle refers to creation of high-value products with waste sources by combining design and technology in a new perspective. The “Upcycle” is upper concept of “Recycling” which repairs and recycles abandoned or useless items. The upcycle goes beyond the simple recycling of abandoned products and it reproduces the product in to a completely different product (Recycling) by adding the new value (Upgrade).
Korea Upcycle Center sales and exhibits design products including upcycle and offers programs where visitors can experience and participate to expand the upcycle culture and to enhance perception. There are short-term program and advanced program and the programs are available for children, students, and adults. There are programs such as mini coffee waste pot, 3D printing item, bicycle chain bracelet, upcycle art painting, eraser stamp, Puppy Pom Pom, fashion redesign, fashion key ring, leather card wallet, and eco-friendly fruit tea.
